What if my team cannot fulfil the fixture?

Any requests for postponement must be sent to cups@amateur-fa.com as soon as possible and no later than 14 days before the 'conference' date. 

If your team is withdrawing, please email the above address within 14 days as well as your opposition as soon as possible.
