Preparing For Affiliation

Modified on Fri, 15 Nov at 11:20 AM

There are a few things your club can do now, to make the affiliation process as quick and easy as possible for when we open in June.

These include ensuring that your club & team officials are correct and their qualifications are up to date.

You can access your club & team officials visiting the Clubs Portal as shown below.

Any club & team officials will be shown in the following lists - which will also include their qualification status and whether any action is required before being able to affiliate.

SAFEGUARDING DECLARATIONS

ALL clubs will be required to adopt the FA's Safeguarding Declaration(s) during the affiliation process, however to speed this up, these documents can be adopted from today.

You can access these documents by going to MY CLUB > DOCUMENTATION > SAFEGUARDING DOCUMENTS

Although you can adopt all, your mandatory documentation will be displayed based upon the formats in which your club offers.

CLUB & TEAM GROUNDS DATA

ALL clubs are required to have bothTraining Ground & Matchday Ground listed against each affiliated team. A step in which clubs can take in preparation for affiliation is to review the current listed information and make any changes prior to starting to support in making the process as smooth as possible.

Club & Team ground data can be found within the Clubs Portal by using the below navigations.
