2. Email

You can email the Amateur FA anytime during the week but please note that our staff working hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. All emails sent during these hours are accessible to all staff, so even if someone is out on leave, your message will still be seen and responded to within 2 working days.

3. Phone Calls

The Amateur FA has updated its phone system to help you connect directly to the right department. If the person you're trying to reach is unavailable, your call will be automatically redirected to another staff member. You can also leave a voicemail if you call outside of working hours, and your message will be emailed to the relevant staff member. You can reach us on 020 8122 0147.


Response Times

We aim to provide timely responses to all enquiries. While we may be able to answer some questions right away, other times we may need to gather more information from other staff or departments. Our goal is to respond as quickly as possible, and we set specific response time targets to make sure you’re not left waiting.
