I have received an error message when trying to acknowledge discipline case?

If you encounter this message when attempting to pay a fine/acknowledge a case through the Whole Game System:

"An unexpected error occurred on processing some of the related discipline cases. Please contact your system administrator".

Then it is because the player’s details aren’t complete.

Please ensure any field with a * is filled in and then press ‘update details’ and you will then be able to pay via the Whole Game System.
