Why isn't my qualification showing on my FA Number (FAN)?

It can take up to 72 hours after completing a course for the qualification to show on your FAN record.

If it is still absent after this time, it may be due to you having more than one FAN number. Please e-mail your details (Name, DOB, FAN) along with the course details to education@thefa.com and they will be able to look into the matter.
